At HOMEZY STORES, we carefully inspect and pack every product before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in proper condition.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only if the product arrives damaged, broken, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Incorrect product selection by the customer

Personal preference

Normal wear and tear

Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a return or replacement due to damage, defect, or an incorrect product, a continuous and clear unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

Start before opening the package

Clearly show the shipping package and shipping label

Show the package being opened for the first time

Clearly show the product and any damage or defect

Be continuous and unedited

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

Return Process

If your return or replacement request is approved by HOMEZY STORES, the customer will be required to send the product to the return address provided by our team.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and must send the parcel at their own cost.

The product must be securely packed and returned in its original condition, along with all accessories, manuals, and other items received with the order.

For security reasons, the complete return address will be provided to the customer by our support team after the return request has been approved.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Your order number

Clear photos of the product

A complete, unedited unboxing video

A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

For prepaid orders, approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request valid bank/payment details required to process an approved refund.

Important

HOMEZY STORES reserves the right to reject a return or replacement request if:

The required unboxing video is not provided.

The product has been used, misused, altered, or intentionally damaged.

The damage occurred after delivery.

The product returned does not match the product originally shipped.

The return does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.

By placing an order with HOMEZY STORES, the customer agrees to this Refund & Return Policy.
